Based on confirming the role and significance of the problem of capacity development study for students in teaching history, focused on identifying the subject content, the system of evaluation criteria to be autonomous history of students in secondary schools and propose measures to develop teachers capacity to teach self-study in school history in high school. | The survey, the survey was conducted in schools in 12 provinces: Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Phu Tho, Hanoi, Thai Binh, Vinh, Hue, Ninh Thuan and Lam Dong and Can Tho, Vinh Long.
