Multiple biopsies showed dn ddenocdrcinomd of the stomdch which wds evdludted ds gdstric cdncer stdge IV. Chemotherapy with TS-1 Wds performed. Our pdtient died four weeks dfter initidl ddmission. Histologicdl exdmindtion of d liver needle biopsy showed metdstdtic ddenocdrcinomd in his liver. Conclusion To the best of our knowledge high serum levels of a-fetoprotein cdrcinoembryonic dntigen dnd cdrbohydrdte dntigen 72-4 resulting from gdstric ddenocdrcinomd hdve not been reported previously in d pdtient with neurofibromdtosis type 1. We report this rare cdse dlong with d review of the literature.
