She seemed slightly sceptical about this fact and mentioned that her GP might be able to hear something. However she did not believe he would lie to her and promised to ask him directly again. She had taken a comment he had made more than 30 years ago Look for the answer Pat and you will find it to mean that he knew more than he said he did. We talked about the statement and its possible interpretations and came to the conclusion that he might have meant something entirely different.
