The exhibition program is the major driver for visitor numbers. The increase in visitor numbers and admission fees in 2008-09 was due to favourable responses to several ticketed exhibitions the most popular being Monet and the Impressionists and The Lost Buddhas . OTHER INFORMATION We identified opportunities for improvement to accounting and internal control procedures. We will discuss these further with Trust staff and where appropriate report them to management.
