After identifying the causes each defect were analyzed to know what the causes it was related. So the most recurrent causes when they were consolidated by defects. Based on that consolidation a second meeting was held with the project team and shown the consolidated causes to prioritize problem s root causes. The following causes were identified and prioritized by the team with the help of Pareto .
