The main objective of the project is to develop and expand technology clam (breeding and seed production) to maintain the livelihood of poor farmers in northern coastal The central provinces and develop a strategy to contribute sustainable fisheries environmental management by using clam aquaculture to improve shrimp farm effluent to use. To achieve the objectives of the project, competent staff is one of the very important factor. Since the beginning of the project to date, there are many activities conducted for staff capacity building not only for employees but also for ARSINC Provincial workers and farmers as well as university students.
