Fifteen years ago we discovered the cure for conference boredom: Challenge presenters to make a point—a real point with useful content—in just 99 seconds. We have facilitated the 99-Second sessions at several international conferences in the USA and Australia. In the process, we analyzed hundreds of presentations and identified a list of engaging formats and best practices.
