It is already highlighted that there is no accepted approach to conducting system of systems engineering (SoSE) efforts. There are already few schools of thoughts in the field of SoSE, let alone in respect to the domain of systems of systems (SoS). The present initiative to have such a collection of works, under the topic of SoS, in an attempt to bring to the attention of a wide audience that the domain has a large capability to embrace numerous applications and get new solutions to complex systems, and their operation environments
