ISO 9000 standard which is playing a significant role in higher education is originally began for universities and institutes in the training international standard. Evaluating and planning strategies have the key roles in a university for the development of educational management. Webbased Decision Support System (DSS) can be used as an evaluation tool as well as a strategic planning tool for schools / universities. Currently, there are few studies in DSS using a domain of ISO 9000 in a traditional education. .
