There were three invited talks from distinguished scientists: Robert Nieuwenhuis, Edward Tsang and Moshe Vardi. These proceedings include abstracts of each of their presentations. Details of the wide variety of workshops and the four tutorials that took place as part of the conference are also included. I would like to thank the Association for Constraint Programming (ACP) for inviting me to be Program Chair. It has been a rewarding experience, not only because of the high quality of the papers submitted, but also for the help so readily given to me by friends and colleagues around the world
