We will explore Zen and the individual project management elements such as risk, communications, people management, and estimating. These, however, are never found independently in real world projects. Risk is an integral part of estimating and scheduling. Cost and time have a complex relationship with each other and with the quality of re- sults and resources. Communication is a critical enabler for everything we do.
