Students explore issues of debt and equity, authority, misrepresentation and misleading deceptive conduct, market regulation, fund raising provisions of corporation law, dispute resolution, insolvency, and consumer credit, corporate treasury management, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate risk modeling, commercial property management, financial ethics and codes of conduct, long-term corporate financing strategies, and international funds investment.
