The UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (UK FCO) in Jakarta contracted PT. Strategic Asia Indonesia between August 2011 and April 2012 to undertake a project looking at the implementation barriers and requirements as well as opportunities created by the MP3EI. This paper looks specifically at the use PPPs in Indonesia, the role they are likely to play under the implementation of the MP3EI and outlines key PPP opportunities for UK PLC.
