household’s
primary
provider
impacted.

report
needing
but
not
receiving
economic
assistance
due
to
lost
income.
More

of
those
surveyed
were
considering
moving.
Health
Impacts:
46%
of
respondents
reported
being
exposed
to
oil
or
dispersant;
72%
percent
of
those
who
believed
they
were
exposed
also
reported
experiencing
at
least
one
symptom
that
they
believed
was
associated
with
exposure.
Respondents
experienced
the
sudden
onset
of
symptoms,
a
pattern
representative
of
chemical
exposure.
Sudden
onset
symptoms
included
nausea,
dizziness
and
skin
irritation.
