Presentation is critical in making the information useful, and is often neglected. Reports should be clear, understandable, and meaningful. Even if all other steps in the outcome measurement process have gone well, poorly reported information will discourage use or provide misleading information. Outcome information can be reported in a variety of ways, as shown in exhibits 11, 12, and 13.
