Several experiments were conducted to study the effects of Diazinon on snakehead fish Channa striata in laboratory conditions following static none-renewable system. Four stages including embryo, larval, finished yolk, and started air-breath were completed randomly exposed to Diazinon (concentration varies from – mg/L) for assessing negative effects of this insecticide to the species. Results show that these Diazinon concentrations didn’t affect on hatching, fitness (except concentration of ). However, time to finish yolk increased with the increased Diazinon concentrations. .
