The aim of this research is to propose measures to further promoting efficiency of law on handling with violations of enforcement of the civil judgments. In order to reach the above mentioned objectives, the research focuses on: analyzing, clarifying the concepts, characteristics and the role of law on handling with violations of enforcement of the civil judgments; identifying the concepts, features, contents and the forms of law enforcement of the civil judgements; proposing the objectives and solutions to promote efficiency of law on handling with violations of enforcement of the civil judgments;.
