| Chronic kidney damage is a continuously process but the ultimate outcome is end-stage chronic kidney disease. There are many factors contributing to the process of renal fibrosis in patients with chronic kidney disease, including biological factors that cause fibrosis and chronic inflammation in patients with chronic kidney disease. Transforming Growth Factor - beta1 (TGF-beta1) is a biological factor that cause fibrosis, have an important role in causing kidney fibrosis. high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) is a classic biological marker of inflammation that has been identified as a risk factor for cardiovascular events and rapid progression of chronic kidney disease. At present in the world, there have been some studies that related concentration of serum TGF-beta1, concentration of serum hs-CRP in patients with chronic kidney disease due to hypertension and diabetes and is conducting clinical trials to inhibit TGF-beta1 and inflammation in order to slow the progression of chronic kidney disease. However, so far in Viet Nam do not have any research that related the concentration of serum TGF-beta1 and hs-CRP in patients with chronic kidney disease. So we carried out the thesis:
