Research objectives: To research, restore, clarify the process of building the Party of the Interzone III Party Committee from 1948 to 1954; summarize and draw experiences from the work of building the Party of the districtual Party committee in order to serve the work of building the Party and regulation today. | Uniting the ideas and activities in the whole Party Committee was the critical condition to gain the victory for the resistance. After being aware of that, from 1948 to 1954, the districtual Party committee considered the work of educating ideas, in which, on one hand, focused grasping through staffs and partisans in the aspect of the Party’s resisting opinions, ways, mottoes, ideas, situations, of situations, duties by periods; of the military district’s situations and the Party Committee’s ideas. So, the staffs, partisans in the military district always were aware that the resisting against the French was the civil, total, long-lasting, self-reliance resistance; the main motto of the resistance was “resist along with building the country”. From that, the staffs, partisans consolidated their viewpoints, fighting spirits and willingness, awareness and responsibilities to the Party and the resisting career. In the occupied zone as well as the free zone, staffs and partisans usually complied well the ideas and policies of the Party and the government, completed well their given duties, became the examples which supported the people to join the resistance greatly.
