This article describes the implementation methods and contents of the training program as well as presents features of students in each academic year. | TẠP CHÍ KHOA HỌC ĐHSP TPHCM Henri Peyronie _ ANALYSE DES DIX ANNEES D’UN DISPOSITIF DE FORMATION PROFESSIONNALISANTE FRANCOPHONE POUR DES FORMATEURS D’ENSEIGNANTS, DES FORMATEURS A LA LANGUE FRANÇAISE ET DES CADRES INTERMEDIAIRES D’INSTITUTIONS D’ENSEIGNEMENT ET DE FORMATION, EN ASIE DU SUD-EST HENRI PEYRONIE* RÉSUMÉ De 2005 à 2016 un dispositif de formation professionnalisante francophone, porté par l’Université d’Education de Ho Chi Minh-ville et l’Université de Caen Normandie, soutenu par le CREFAP-OIF, a fonctionné en Asie du Sud-Est. Cet article décrit les modalités de travail et le curriculum de formation, puis indique les caractéristiques des étudiants de chaque promotion. Il fait le bilan des réussites et des échecs en analysant le taux de réussite pour chacune des six promotions. Il recense des retombées de ce dispositif de formation à l’extérieur du dispositif lui-même et signale les retombées dans d’autres secteurs de coopération. Il conclut par un rappel sur l’originalité de la conception « caennaise » de l’ingénierie de la formation. Mots-clés: Coopération universitaire internationale.
