Tại khu bảo tồn thiên nhiên Na Hang đã xác định được 647 loài cây thuốc thuộc 137 loài gia đình, 4 đơn vị mạch máu: Lycopodiophyta với 3 loài, 2 họ; Polypodiophyta với 20 loài, 12 họ; Pinophyta với 6 loài, 4 họ; Magnoliophyta với 618 loài, 119 gia đình. The family more diverse is Asteraceae with 32 species, occupying of the total of medicinal plants identified; following is Rubiaceae with 28 species (), Euphorbiaceae with 26 species (); Moraceae with 23 species (); Cucurbitaceae, Verbenaceae with the same number of species 18 (); Araceae with 17 species (); Zingiberaceae with 16 species (); Urticaceae with 15 species (); and the last are families Poaceae of species 12 () in the total of species. 10 genera more diverse with 59 species ( of the total of medicinal plants), Ficus (Moraceae) is more diverse with 15 species ( of the total of medicinal plants) and another genera with from 4 to 7 species.
