READING: 1./ Read the passage and then answer the questions: Rebecca Seven was the first woman to climb Mount Everest. Before sge went up to the highest mountain in the world, she was a journlist and lives in a small flat in South LonDon. In 1993, Rebecca lef the job and her family and travel to Asia 1 with some other climbers. She found that life on the Everest is hard “You must carru everthing on your back” . She explained “so you can only take things that you willl need. You can’t wash on the mountain, and the end I didn’t even take a toothbrush. I am usually cleana person but there is no water, only snow. Water is very hard so you only enough to drink.
