Việc cải tiến nội dung, cách thức KT-ĐG, cách thức tổ chức, chỉ đạo công tác này nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả QL trường học, nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo đang là vấn đề nóng bỏng trong các trường học ở nước ta, trong đó có trường ĐHSP Huế mà cụ thể chúng tôi muốn đề cập ở đây là khoa Nga văn. . | The article firstly points out the shortcomings of assessing and evaluating as well as managing assessment and evaluation of Practical Grammar Units at Russian Department –Hue University of Education and the advantages and appropriateness of objective testing in these units. Additionally, the article confirms the necessity of building up a procedure for organising and guiding the designing and experimenting of test items to assess these units due to many lecturers still not to have sufficient theoretical knowledge and practical skills about objective testing. Finally, the article introduces a 9-steps procedure as follows: 1) Organising the selection of test designing and experimenting lecturers; 2) Introducing knowledge about objective testing to them; 3) Organising the designing of test items; 4) Organising a draft evaluation on test items before putting them into experiments; 5) Selecting classes for experimenting; 6) Analysing items based on validity, reliability, degrees of difficulty and discreteness; 7) Organising the correction and perfection of items; 8) Organising exams by objective testing; and 9) Following-up the application of objective testing to assessing and evaluating practical grammar units./.
