Embryogenic cultures (EC) of Anatolian black pine (Pinus nigra subsp. nigra var. caramanica (Loudon) Businsky) were initiated from immature pre-cotyledonary zygotic embryos sampled weekly from 16 different trees in 2 consecutive years. ED’lerin indüklemesi ve sonras›nda ço¤alt›lmas› için, 13,6 µM 2,4-D ve 2,2 µM BAP ilave edilmifl Douglas-fir cotyledon revised (DCR) besiyeri kullan›ld›. ED genel indükleme frekanslar› 2004 y›l›nda %0,92, 2005 y›l›nda ise %1,96 olarak gerçekleflti; farkl› a¤açlar için de¤erler s›f›r ile %7,32 aras›nda de¤iflti.
