The fourth check-list of the series entitled “Additional taxa to the Flora of Turkey” comprises a total of 175 taxa based on data given in 162 papers published up until the end of 2007. Key Words: Turkish Flora, new species, additional taxa Türkiye Florası Ek Ciltlerine İlave Edilen Taksonların Listesi IV Özet: “Türkiye Florasına ilave taksonlar” adlı seri halinde yayınlanmakta olan çalışmanın dördüncüsüdür. Bu çalışma 2005-2007 yılları arasında yayınlanan 162 çalışmada verilen takson ile Türkiye Florası ve eklerinde yer almayan taksonlar ile bu seri çalışmanın ilk üçünde bulunmayan toplam 175 taksonu içermektedir. Anahtar Sözcükler: Türkiye Florası, yeni türler, ilave taksonlar Introduction The Second Supplement of Flora of Turkey and the East Aegean Islands was published in 2000. Subsequent to its publication (Güner et al., 2000) and up until the end of 2007, 470 additional taxa have been added to the flora, published in over 358 papers in various journals. In seven years, 470 taxa have been added to the flora of Turkey in check-lists III and IV; many are new to science. Since the publication of the Flora of Turkey (Davis, 1965-1985; Davis et al., 1988) the Turkish flora has received considerable attention from botanists from both Turkey and abroad.
