In that context, there are more and more ecological research sciences called collectively the ecological sciences including ecological philosophy. Ecological philosophy is a term used to describe a new discipline of philosophy that dates from the 1980s of the last century. Although it has just emerged, ecological philosophy has proved to be a growing influence by not only the interdisciplinary nature of research but also its practicality and its era of urgency. On the basis of analyzing general theoretical issues about ecological philosophy, analyzing the initial results of the implementation of ecological philosophy research in Vietnam in recent years, the author of this article initially stated up some orientations and propose basic solutions to apply the results of ecological philosophy research in Vietnam social development today.
