In this research, a quantitative research methodology was mainly used with a survey instrument of 52 items to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Besides, open ended questions were employed to collect employees’ opinions to find out the solutions to improve the loyalty to the businesses. The result showed that six of eleven factors of job satisfaction were related to organizational commitment.
