Nghiên cứu đã xử lý và kết hợp một số loại phế phụ phẩm nông nghiệp (vỏ lạc, rơm rạ, phân trùn quế) để tạo ra giá thể hữu cơ phục vụ cho trồng rau mầm cải ngọt an toàn. Các giá thể hữu cơ đều có chất lượng dinh dưỡng tốt, trong đó hàm lượng NPK dễ tiêu trong giá thể VL, PT, RH ở mức giàu, pHH2O từ chua ít đến kiềm (6,32 – 8,82). Các giá thể hữu cơ không bị ô nhiễm Pb, Cd, As và vi khuẩn , Salmonella. Created organic media all have good nutritional quality, in which available nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium contents of VL, PT, RH media are at a rich level. Active acidity of media ranges from less acidic to alkaline ( – ). The organic media are also not polluted by some heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As) and bacteria (, Salmonella). RV medium has a high pH, which causes the slow growth of cresses and their low yields. The seed germination rate on organic media is high (90-98%). Cresses planted on these media also have normal growth and high nutritional value. They have safety in nitrate, heavy metal contents (Pb, Cd, As) and are not contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms (Salmonella, ). RH medium provides high productivity, the best quality of cresses, which ensure safety for users, then to PT and VL media. Therefore, all these three organic media can be used to plant cresses of Brassica integrifolia, but RH is still the best medium for growing Brassica integrifolia cress.
