Background: Clinical learning-teaching usually accounts for a large proportion of the medical doctor's training programs in general and has made a great contribution to the training of attitude, clinical practical skills for medical students. On the other hand, clinical teaching-learning is performed in a special environment (hospital), on special object (patients), clinical teaching should be incorporated with knowledge teaching-learning, attitudes and skills. In recent years, the number of medical students has increased too rapidly, while the number of practice hospitals and ward beds have not increased significantly.
