Background: Clinical learning-teaching usually accounts for a large proportion of the medical doctor's training programs in general and has made a great contribution to the training of attitude, clinical practical skills for medical students. On the other hand, clinical teaching-learning is performed in a special environment (hospital), on special object (patients), clinical teaching should be incorporated with knowledge teaching-learning, attitudes and skills. In recent years, the number of medical students has increased too rapidly, while the number of practice hospitals and ward beds have not increased significantly. This is one of the very important reasons that affect the quality of clinical teaching-learning.
