This paper presents a multicriteria low carbon assessment for seven sectors identified in the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) of Viet Nam including energy efficiency, power generation, transport, agriculture, land use, land-use change and forestry (LULUCF), and waste, plus F-gas.
