In 2011 Protestant community in Vietnam ceremonially celebrated 100 years of Protestantism in Vietnam. After being introduced, Protestantism in Vietnam has developed quickly since 1975 up to now with above 1 million believers. The development of this religious community has been a special feature in a common picture of diversified religious life in Vietnam in opened period. Objectively, there are many different views on the success as well as the failure of Protestantism in 100 years of mission.
