In this study, we have been developed a minimum variance and VOQL double sampling plan. We have minimized the variance of outgoing quality to develop a sampling plan under total rectification. This is an improvement over AOQL, which is commonly used in acceptance sampling plan. The thrust of this effort is to establish criteria for minimum variance sampling plans and derive the techniques for their determination.
