This study aims at analyzing the problems of journal publishing of lecturers and to analyze the needs of promotion of journal publishing of lecturers of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in which samples of the study is the lecturers of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Research tools are data collection analyzing basic data by rating scale questionnaires; data analyzing by percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
