The integration of social finance and ecotourism minapolity is a concept of maritime economy based on society empowerment which is developed through social finance utilization. Conducting a training of 3E (Education, Environment, and Entrepreneur), this research aims to promote sustainable socio-economic development and conservation effort in Pandansari, Yogyakarta. Therefore, the society is able to manage marine resources, such as establishing maritime technology as well as fishery management. This research consists of several steps. The first is, to observe the potential marine resource of coastal area. The second is, to conduct SWOT and Fishbone analysis. The last is, to formulate the strategy to develop the ecotourism minapolity combine with social crowdfunding for fish farmers. This research taken information through interviews and observations of the coastal society in Pandansari.
