In this paper we analyzed the degree of consistency between the exchange regulations in force in Morocco and the operational framework of the foreign forex under a flexible exchange rate regime. The study showed, based on a dual approach, theoretical and empirical, that the exchange regulation in force in Morocco is broadly consistent with the scope of operation of the foreign forex under a flexible exchange rate regime. | Flexibility of the exchange rate regime and exchange regulation in Morocco
