Tungsten oxide nanostructures were synthesized by hydrothermal and acid precipitation (hydrothermal at room temperature) methods without using any supporting agent or structuredirecting reactant. The morphology and crystalline structure of nanostructures strongly depended on pH of the precursor solution and synthesis method.
