Polyalthia longifolia is a tall evergreen tree belongs to the family Annonaceae. The present study includes the detailed exploration of biochemical constituents and anti-microbial activities of bark of Polyalthia longifolia. To study the biochemical and antibacterial activity, the Methanol extract of powdered bark of Polyalthia longifolia was prepared by using Soxhlet apparatus.
