In our present study, we have isolated zinc solubilizing bacteria from rhizospheric soils of rice growing area surrounding Raichur and Koppal districts of Karnataka, India. Around 40 zinc solubilizing bacteria were isolated using TRIS-minimal agar medium (TMA) supplemented with % ZnO.
