The study was conducted following the Ex Post Facto research design in Champua Subdivision of Keonjhar district Odisha taking the WADI adopting and WADI non-adopting tribal people for the comparison of their socio-economic profile. The information obtained from the tribals who have adopted WADI Project was very much encouraging. For most of the variables the WADI adopters stand in a higher position as compare to the non-adopter ones.
