Present research aimed to study the factors associated with obesity among school going girls of Kumaun region of Uttarakhand. The multi-stage, purposive cum random sampling techniques was used to select the study area . state, district, block, villages, school and school going girls from selected school. The Uttarakhand state’s Kumaun region was selected purposively.
