Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] is an important cash crop in India. It is considered as one of the main oil crop over the world. The state of Madhya Pradesh has been declared as “soybean state”. The root rot caused by Rhizoctonia solani, most pathogenic fungi of soybean crop it attack on root of plant and destroy the proper functioning of the plant to take water (xylem vessels) and other nutrients upward (phloem vessels).
