Salacia species for its antdiabetic property especially of root, stem and leaf extract. Plant produces several phytochemicals responsible for antidiabetic activity. Four proteins were selected based on literature survey and retrieved from protein data bank. The 18 chemicals were converted into 3 D structure and docked with diabetic protein.
