Stress tolerant Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) are the rhizosphere bacteria that can enhance plant growth under stress condition. In our present study, 32 stress tolerant PGPR strains (8 Rhizobium. 8 Pseudomonas, 8 KRB, 8ZSB) were isolated from the rhizosphere soils of blackgram crop and screened for their ACC deaminase and Exopolysaccharide (EPS) production.
