Dengue fever is a Flavirus disease transmitted by Aedes mosquito. Primary dengue virus infection is characterized by elevations in specific NS1 antigen levels 0 to 9 days after the onset of symptoms. This retrospective study was conducted to assess performance of rapid ICTs in acute dengue diagnosis in comparison to ELISA test.
