This study included isolation and identification of Staphylococcus aureus from folliculitis patients then detection the bacterial ability for biofilm formation, because biofilm play very important role in pathogenicity and antibiotics resistance of bacteria. Fifty specimens have been collected, 47 (94%) specimens collected by swabbing gave positive culture and 3 (6%) specimens gave negative culture. | Antibacterial effect of ethanolic extract of Allium sativum on biofilm forming staphylococcus aureus which cause folliculitis
