The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of supplementation of glutathione and α-tocopherol in TRIS and skim milk based extenders on motility parameters of ram semen at refrigeration temperature. The research findings of the present study shown that, addition of glutathione improved motile sperm and reduced immotile sperm percentage than α-tocopherol in skim milk than TRIS egg yolk based extenders.
