An experiment consisting of 24 genotypes of Tomato was conducted during the year 2016 at the Research Farm and Molecular Biology Laboratory of School of Biotechnology, SKUAST-J, Chatha. Seeds were sown in pots and 21 days old leaflets were used for DNA extraction.
