Twenty Candidate Plus Trees (CPTs) of Melia dubia were selected from different places covering Valsad, Narmada and The Dangs districts of South Gujarat region of India. Selection was made through individual selection method by considering qualitative and quantitative traits of economic interest like stem straightness, roundness, tree height, and clear bole height, girth at breast height and disease resistance.
