The present study was conducted on 18 healthy dogs of either sex weighing between 10-20 kg to evaluate the effects on various haematological and biochemical profile using ketamine alone and in combination with dexmedetomidine or butorphanol in atropinized dogs. The experimental work was divided into three groups K (ketamine), DK (dexmedetomidine-ketamine) and BK (butorphanol-ketamine).
