Bael fruit is a tropical fruit native to Southeast Asia and belongs to Rutaceae family. It is an important indigenous fruit of India and it is important from religious, nutritional and medicinal considerations. The present study entitled “Evaluation of bael genotypes for biochemical characters” was undertaken to evaluate biochemical parameters in 20 Accessions of bael from Odisha in view of the large variability available in bael.
